House 6 minutes from Saint Jean de Luz and 3 minutes from the center of Ascain. It is in a dominant position at the end of a private road, and nestled in a 1 hectare wooded park, facing due south, facing La Rhune, out of sight.
It has a large swimming pool and two large terraces, on a one hectare fenced garden planted with magnificent species (oaks, pines, chestnut trees, fruit trees, etc.).
Sleeping capacity: 14 Adults or 12 Adults and 6 children max
It is possible, in addition, to provide BB beds added in some rooms.
Deployed on two levels, it has 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 6 WCs.
On the ground floor :

Some double beds can be separated into two single beds, the single beds in the dormitory can also constitute two double beds.
All of the bedding is very high end.
Household, bed and bath linen are provided and beds are made for your arrival.
This house is a haven of peace, you can relax by the pool or by the fireplace, facing the mountain.
You can isolate yourself under a tree in the garden or even take full advantage of your family or friends together.
You will be able to observe in the raptor park, squirrels, rabbits, roe deer ... the sheep in the meadow bordering the property and in the evening you may come across on the private road, the badger that shows up occasionally.
